Indonesia has a variety of ethnicity and cultural groups that are widespread from Sabang to Merauke. These conditions are making Indonesia rich in culture. One form of regional culture is full of historical values and philosophical messages, such as spiritual, moral and social values in it, namely traditional dance. At present, traditional dance arts are gradually fading away and can be said to be almost extinct in several provinces in Indonesia, due to the progress of the times that are not balanced with the preservation of local culture especially traditional dance. One of many provinces affected by this development is the Aceh Province. Aceh has various traditional dances which should have a place to be shown and developed as an effort to preserve traditional dance arts. At present, a traditional dance center can become one of the tourism destinations based on education and recreation and allows the existence of the Acehnese traditional dance center to function as an image and increase income for the province itself.
