Summary:The number of cases of sexual harassment in the workplace increases every year. The highest form of sexual harassment is verbal abuse with the highest offender is the boss or senior and peers. The main problem is that not all male workers consider sexist jokes and condescension to be verbal abuse even though verbal abuse is the entry point for other sexual harassment. The behavior of verbal sexual abuse in the work environment can be analyzed through the collection of qualitative and quantitative data in the form of surveys, observations, interviews, literature studies, and distribution of questionnaires. Behavior of verbal abuse can be minimized through social education campaign using the AISAS method by providing the right information. Information provided about the impact, restrictions on sexist joking with verbal abuse, and ways to not verbally abuse. Through an education campaign that is packaged using the right communication and marketing strategies, the number of cases of verbal sexual abuse in the Indonesian milenial workers will gradually decrease.
