Therefore Indonesia has to develop low cost satellite to satisfy the need. Small size satellite can meet the requirement since it has low manufacture cost than the bigger one. In this final project, satellite structure will be designed and analyzed so the satellite can withstand vibration during the launch phase in PSLV rocket. There are two configuration that will be compared in this final project. The first one is configuration with payload that attached to the inner wall of satellite. The second one is configuration with payload that mounted on the rack inside the satellite. In longitudinal axis, natural frequency of wall configuration provide a range of value that converge at 4945Hz to 4992Hz while rack configuration converge at 182Hz to 183.6Hz. In lateral axis, natural frequency of wall configuration provide a range of value that converge at 1617Hz to 1642Hz while rack configuration converge at 181Hz to 182.3Hz. This value of natural frequency meet the requirement of PSLV rocket that says the natural frequency in longitudinal axis must be greater than 90Hz and in the lateral axis must be greater than 45Hz. text
