Today use of wind turbine is still very limited. This may be due to the mindset of people who think that renewable energy products are expensive and complicated. Thus the study was conducted in order to open up the view for some people that wind turbines can be produced independently. Even the process as well as easy step by using materials that are widely available and affordable in the market. The study was conducted with a variety of experimental and limited to the use of materials and techniques which are common. So in the end of the research, the method which developed can be said to be easily and inexpensively with a few simplifying design while remaining compromise with quality.
