PT PLN (Persero) Distribution West Java is one of the state-owned enterprises that focuses on running a business in the field of electricity distribution for the West Java Region. While running its business, PT PLN (Persero) Distribution West Java also implements community development programs, with the aim of maintaining good relations with the community and the environment around its work area. But in implementing community development programs, PT PLN (Persero) Distribution West Java has not implemented good management in its Community Development Program. It was found that there was a gap between the ideal community development management process or the management of a community development program that was good with what had been done by PLN (Persero) Jawa Barat Distribution in the management process of its community development program. Especially regarding the process of evaluating community development programs that have been implemented in the community. The evaluation process carried out by PT PLN (Persero) Distribution West Java is currently only an evaluation / measurement internally (One Side). While the evaluation process of the appropriate community development program must be measured internally and externally. In practice an external evaluation is carried out by measuring whether the community development program has succeeded or not, whether the community development program has been given to the community / community that is right or not, and whether the community development program has a positive impact on the company or not. In this final assignment it is intended to find a strategy that accommodates companies in evaluating externally through the development of evaluation tools. Evaluation tools are very important to help companies measure whether their community development has been carried out correctly and externally successful. In finding alternative solutions in this final project, a qualitative approach is used to collect primary data and to ascertain the main problems and assess the urgency level for developing new strategies to measure the effectiveness of the intended community development program to find solutions to problem solving between program management community development right with what had previously been carried out by PT PLN (Persero) Distribution West Java. whereas to develop the strategy itself uses stages / frameworks for implementing products / strategies. The results of this final assignment obtained a strategy to measure the effectiveness of program community development with evaluation tools using rubric effectiveness evaluation. Which evaluation tool can accommodate needs in conducting external evaluations. Evaluation tools represent conditions of effectiveness for community development programs. This means that CSR officials of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution West Java conduct external evaluations for their community development by filling in the effectiveness rubric. Officials collect primary data from the community and the data can be used as material to fill the effectiveness of the rubric. After that the results of the level of effectiveness will be obtained and can be used as material to develop community development programs in the next period text |
