Summary:As one of the companies engaged in energy, Pertamina wants to always be at the forefront. Especially Pertamina is a government owned company that carries out and supports Government policies and programs in the fields of economy and national development, especially in the field of oil and gas business implementation both domestically. Pertamina shows its reliability in facing global challenges in the oil and gas industry, where the volatility of world oil prices is a condition that presents its own challenges for the Company. Various appropriate strategies have been implemented by Pertamina to address this condition, so that the company is still able to move forward by recording a healthy financial performance. Furthermore, Pertamina's ability to survive in this difficult situation has increased the reliability and readiness of the Company in the face of changes in the global situation in the future and due to the issue that 55% of workers will retire within year 2020, which will result in problems appeared on Pertamina, namely Capability Gap – Technical Competencies. In answering these challenges and problems, Pertamina wanted to hold a training program for its employees, especially those registered as operator level workers, technicians, testers and firemen.
