The design was carried out at Babakan Ciamis Village, RW 03, with a site of 3.46 hectares. Through analysis carried out on the initiator, users, activities, and sites, programming was arranged in the form of criteria, targets, and indications of conceptual ideas to answer existing problems. The three main issues to be solved are connectivity, increased land use, and the hierarchy of social interaction. This is stated in the concept of urban connectors with connection concepts, activators, and sense of community. The connection sub-concept is poured through a very permeable ground floor design, both physical and visual. The activator sub-concept is translated through zoning division between commercial apartments, social apartments, social facilities, and green open spaces obtained based on land selling values and the socio-cultural context of the local community. The sub-concept of the sense of community is described through terraces and the division of social interaction hierarchies so that each type of apartment can have a concentration of activities but still interconnected. In general, the area is expected to be a place of contact and meeting of the city community, giving rise to reciprocal relations that have an impact on the activation of social, cultural, economic and recreational activities in undeveloped areas. text
