Education in Indonesia has many problem related to the educational pillars, especially in education. The obligatory distribution of facilities is not based on fact the development of local government libraries, damaged facilities, and public perceptions of the face of libraries that too monotonous and people lack interest around them. The lower reading interest of the people in the regions is not matched by the potential of the surrounding community that continues to grow, Precisely in Bogor, some of literacy communities have minimal access to enjoyable activity centers in the city. Needs of good public facilities to accommodate considering the development of reading interest in the community in an effective way to adjust the needs of surrounding community. Hoped that the results of this design can provide more interactive, educational and facilities that are planned to provide space for the various activities community in the context of managing and maintaining culture, natural resources, and all the potential found in Bogor.
