Description
Summary:Indonesia is the biggest palm producer in the world beside Malaysia. Palm can be produced into many useful products. Farmer is one of the most important aspects in order to succeed the production. But in fact, farmers do not taste the benefit of that commodity optimally due to the lack of information about the instrumentation of palm production. In industrial world, palm factory has been sold integrally (a complete package). But the traditional farmers are not able to build it. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to help those farmers by giving some information about the low-tech and low-cost instrumentation exactly. Besides giving the instrumentation information, this research also tells the operational procedures of that instrumentation. All of them will be explained simply in order to be understood easily. This technology will be compared with a more complex one to analyze the strengths and the weakness each others. Hopefully, this research can increase the farmer’s knowledge about palm oil production and stop selling the palm before produced to be crude palm oil.
