In this northern region, land decline every year. One of the causes of land subsidence in Jakarta is excessive exploitation of ground water. The excessive exploitation of ground water was carried out to meet the needs of the residents of Jakarta. Continuous exploitation of ground water, especially in areas close to the coast, can also cause sea water intrusion. This is indicated by a shift in the hydraulic equilibrium zone of sea water transition that is increasingly landward. By interpolating with kriging method on land subsidence data and seawater intrusion data, the correlation between the two phenomena can be generated. In this study, land subsidence data were taken using leveling, InSAR, and GPS methods in the period of 1925-2015. Whereas sea water intrusion data were taken using GPS method in the period of 2018-2019 and secondary data on CL- and DHL content. Then all other supporting data such as land use, geological maps, and administrative boundaries are combined in the spatial model of land subsidence, the results of interpolation of secondary data, and primary data from the survey conducted by the author. After getting the results of the map of interpolation of sea water intrusion data and land subsidence, the authors created a grid to calculate the amount of land area and determine the land use affected by the two phenomena. Correlation obtained is that if there is sea water intrusion then there is land subsidence, but if there is land subsidence, it is not certain that the sea water intrusion will occur. The area affected by land subsidence and seawater intrusion is approximately 336 km2. text |

Land subsidence, especially in the DKI Jakarta area, is currently dominated in the
northern region. In this northern region, land decline every year. One of the causes of
land subsidence in Jakarta is excessive exploitation of ground water. The excessive
exploitation of ground water was carried out to meet the needs of the residents of
Jakarta. Continuous exploitation of ground water, especially in areas close to the
coast, can also cause sea water intrusion. This is indicated by a shift in the hydraulic
equilibrium zone of sea water transition that is increasingly landward. By
interpolating with kriging method on land subsidence data and seawater intrusion
data, the correlation between the two phenomena can be generated. In this study,
land subsidence data were taken using leveling, InSAR, and GPS methods in the
period of 1925-2015. Whereas sea water intrusion data were taken using GPS
method in the period of 2018-2019 and secondary data on CL- and DHL content.
Then all other supporting data such as land use, geological maps, and administrative
boundaries are combined in the spatial model of land subsidence, the results of
