Semarang Regency is the biggest transit region in Central Java. This region is strategically located along the national transportation route Jakarta-Semarang-Surakarta-Surabaya. and connects other transit areas, such as Salatiga City and Temanggung Regency. These three regions are located adjacent to each other and have a lot of tourism potential. But they remain less known to people. The lack of promotion and publication is the cause of this problem. In addition, each region has its own specific problems; economy, infrastructure and other supporting facilities. Semarang Regency Cultural Tourism Information Center is the solution to these problems. This facility consists of cultural exhibition areas by presenting an authentic experience in exploring the culture. Therefore, the local cultures can be promoted well, people are educated to love and preserve the culture, also create equitable tourism between regions.
