Population increase at Bandung City keeps growing. Lacks of land at center of the city made housing developer grow its business to city outskirts. Rural region of the city outskirts which is not sub-urban area grown into sub-urban area by adding some fullness of amenities at the same area. This final project created a low-rise apartment design at Bandung Regency area with target user of Millennials. Millennial generation have tendency to be more adaptable about modern technology and live more eco-friendly. Therefore, the final project theme would be housing which is designed with nature or bioclimatic. Design of walk-up apartment with all of those facility such as neighbourhood center, public and society facility. Function other than apartment will be the next center of activity of Taman Kopo Indah. Implementation of climate adaptation seen as massing shape which stacked with solid-void combination so wind can going through the gap of the building mass with ease. In one building mass to another is connected with open circulation so user can walk around all parts of apartment. Unit-to-unit circulation arranged such that having better natural daylight and ventilation. Otherwise the apartment unit’s corridor was functioned with natural daylight and ventilation. Furthermore, facade of the building is aluminum panel which is movable to match with user needs.
