Summary:The eco-tourism area of Mount Parang has been a long-time adventure for rock climbing adventures. This ecotourism has grown as the number of tourists increases. Mount Parang has been known nationally and internationally. Communities also need to accommodate these developments, Badega Mountain Parang together began to increase the needs of tourism in Mount Parang. Related to these conditions, interpretation can be an alternative in encouraging the development of tourism community of Mount Parang. Then tourism activities in Mount Parang can have added value for tourists. The tourism community can also find out what the capacity of the tourism community needs to be developed through the Attribute Level approach in The Value Model of Interpretation -1. This study uses an analysis that deepens the capacity analysis of tourism communities, through the attribution level aspect of The Value Model of Interpretation -1. Through the analysis approach of The Value Model of Interpretation -1, see how projected increase in tourist Mountain Parang. The analysis was obtained through the identification of assessment data from the tourism community of Mount Parang and the tourist ecotourism of Mount Parang. The results of the interpretation analysis show that the facilities, staff dedication, staff skills and experiential activities indicate good pensions. Semi-structured interviews resulted in a capacity building plan for the people of Mount Parang that was formulated with the vision of "Unique and Extreme Tourism Adventure with Safe, Comfortable, Impressive International Scale", Mount Parang in the future acts as an area to enjoy adventure with extreme and unique adventure tourism attraction with Safe, comfortable, impressive international scale. In realizing the plan, Badega Gunung Parang needs to be open and proactive in seeking cooperation with tourism stakeholders of Mount and against external parties. Financial needs become fundamental in realizing the plan.
