This area is surrounded by Dr. Saharjo I Street on the North, Bhakti VI Street on the East, Bhakti IX Street on the South, and Dr. Saharjo Street on the West. Traffic impact analysis is conducted using Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997) on Sultan Agung, Dr. Saharjo, Dr. Saharjo I Street, and unsignalised intersection of Sultan Agung – Dr. Saharjo I Street. Based on the actual condition analysis projected for 10 years from 2022, Dr. Saharjo and Dr. Saharjo I are still in good condition, nevertheless Sultan Agung and intersection beetween Sultan Agung and Dr. Saharjo I Street tend to be saturated. Depart from that, the Writer propose 3 alternatives, such as widening lane of Sultan Agung Street only, widening lane of Sultan Agung Street equipped with island, or widening lane of Sultan Agung Street equipped with median. By comparing analysis from these alternatives, widening lane equipped with island is the best solution among them based on safety and comfortability of road users. Flexural pavement structure categorized as Hot Rolled Sheet (HRS) is designed for 20 years depend on soil condition and traffic volume plan. Besides, parking demand analysis is conducted for 10 years from trip generation and distribution happened at Pacific Place with various models comparing with parking capacity from architectural data. Based on this analysis, available parking capacity can accommodate parking demand. text
