This thesis will discuss a design exploration of three-dimentional scissor system in its application to freeform surface to generate a freeform deployable structure based on three-dimentional scissor system. Scissor system analysis to understand the nature and workings of the system. With this information, the requirement for three-dimentional scissor system application to a freeform surface will be compiled. To fulfill the requirements, scissor system modification will be performed. Computer became tools for analysis, design until the preparation for fabrication process. Computer help some operations that are difficult to do manually so that the results can be obtained in a shorter time. text
