Description
Summary:A foundation system should be able to endure the loads both the axial load and lateral load from the structure. High potential of earthquake in Indonesia increase probability of liquefaction risk. The purpose of this project is designing bored piles for Green Motion Building. 11 m excavation for basement is designed using diaphragm wall and prestressed ground anchor. The analysis is calculated using PLAXIS 2D with hardening soil model. Thickness of diaphragm wall is 0,8 m with 22 m penetration depth from the surface. The ground anchor is installed at the elevation -3 m and -7 m with prestressed force.
