Description
Summary:and 20 upper structure floors. The upper floors function as a lifestyle center and apartment. The geotechnical design aspect of this building consists of a diaphragm wall (D-Wall) retaining wall and bored pile foundation. The geotechnical structure design is based on several bore-log datas that are interpreted and correlated to various soil parameters as required. The geotechnical structures, namely the retaining wall and foundation, are designed to withstand static and dynamic loads as specified by the geotechnical engineering code in SNI 8460-2017. The final results will consist of depth of penetration, specification of ground anchor support system, dimensions, and reinforcement of the retaining wall as well as pile configuration, settlement analysis, dimensions, and reinforcement of the pile caps and bored piles.
