| Summary: | Joyoboyo Stadium is one of the public facilities in the city of Kediri, East Java Province. Joyoboyo Stadium will be planned to have an area of 18 Ha and capable of serving 22000 people during peak hours. This final assignment will provide discussion regarding the planning and implementation of Joyoboyo Stadion, Kediri. The objective of this thesis is to design site plan, construction method, bill of quantity, and construction cost estimation. This include preparation and construction method of lower, upper and water structures. The Construction will be divided into 4 areas (North, South, East and West Stand). The construction method for Joyoboyo Stadium Project is bottom up method. Quantification of work volume is calculated by a combination of conceptual and detailed cost estimation methods so that the total estimated construction cost of Joyoboyo Stadion, kediri is Rp 494.051.258.033,74. |
