Gedebage area will be included in the Bandung Teknopolis project. To meet the need for maternal and child health facilities, it is necessary to build Mother and Children Hospitals that can provide health services for pregnant women before delivery, after delivery and health services for women and children. Pregnant and postpartum women have their own stress and desperately need the nearest person for their hardest period. For that purpose, the design of this hospital will be focused to inspire a warm family atmosphere to create a healing environment for patients, especially mothers and children. In addition, functional requirements for hospital would be fulfilled first. The issues related to this fuctional matter such as a good and effective circulation, the release of the sterile zone with nonsterile, patient privacy security, etc. This C class hospital specializes in Mother and Child with a capacity of 74 beds. Standing on an area of 11,000m2. The hospital also provides facilities in accordance with the requirements of type c hospitals such as emergency, inpatient, outpatient and medical support services such as radiology, laboratory, and medical rehabilitation. The design of this hospital also carries the theme of healing the power of affection which creates comfortable spaces for both patients and families.
