Summary: | Jakarta, as the capital city of Indonesia, is a city with the population density reached up about 15366 jiwa/kilometer persegi and therefore the resident needs some spaces to live not just in Jakarta but also in the area around Jakarta. Alam Sutra is then chosen by the resident as one of the alternative area to live because of its reachability from Jakarta (one hour travel time). This condition leads to the increase of the residential demand in this city, thus vertical resident is then offered as the solution since it does not require much land for it. Therefore, this thesis is presenting the proposal of the construction management aspect planning of upper-middle class apartment in Alam Sutra. The scope of work in this thesis includes Work Breakdown System and site plan of the project, construction method of the project, volume quantity take-off of the project, duration and logic sequence of each work regarding the productivity and the project cost estimation for the land preparation work, geotechnical work, lower structure work, upper structure work and the public facilities work. This project took 672 days to build, from January 8th 2018 to April 4th 2020 which consist of 23 days of land preparation work, 184 days of geotechnic work, 184 days of geotechnic work, 126 days of lower structure work, 558 days of upper structure work and 18 days of public facilities work. The cost estimation for this project is Rp 888.806.384.170,-
