Summary: | Land is a place where all human beings carry out economic, social and residential activities. Land value is an important aspect in the Cadastre System. With the presence of determining the value of land, it is expected that all human activities will run well. Geostatistical assessment is one method for determining the estimated value of land. Therefore in this study an analysis of the geostatistics of Circular, Spherical, Tetraspherical, and Pentaspherical types was carried out to estimate the most suitable land values in the city of Bandung. By conducting an analysis of the types of geostatistics, it is expected that the most appropriate type can be obtained to estimate the value of land in the city of Bandung. Analysis research chose this using a sample of data which was then validated with 2007 NIR measurement data to determine the suitability of the appropriate type of geostatistical use. The value of land estimation in the form of samples is determined based on Circular, Spherical, Tetraspherical, and Pentaspherical types to determine cross parameter validation. Based on the theory, the value of the cross validation parameter, the sample is related to the data precision value, and the validation value is related to the level of data accuracy. The estimated land value will change the sample value model to the value of the validation results. For this reason, an analysis of four types of geostatistics was carried out to obtain the type that best fits the cross validation parameter error model based on validation data that is expected to assess the actual value of land in the city of Bandung for use by many interested people such as the NJOP euro zone (Object Selling Value Tax) land by the BPPD (Regional Revenue Management Agency). |
