Summary:Today's technological developments have made a very important contribution in order to meet human needs in various fields including in the field of transportation and construction, one of which is the Light Rail Train (LRT), which is a railroad transportation vehicle operating in the middle of the city. To determine the state of the LRT building that has been built, it is necessary to carry out construction as built surveys for each part of the building. The problem in implementing construction as built survey is the complexity in modeling several objects / parts of buildings that are of a special nature such as pillars or pier which have the same shape and dimensions in one measurement section, so that it takes a longer time to do data collection on each pier already built. In this study LRT cloud building data point collection using TLS method, based on point cloud data and the measurement results of pier dimensions will be made model 3D LRT pier / pole dimensions using Revit software with the Parametric Modeling method. Pier 3D Model results from Parametric Modeling are used as a reference Dimension model to model the other support poles in different positions. The application of the Parametric Modeling method is expected to shorten the time in making BIM-based 3D models.
