Summary:Population density is a common phenomenon in the daily life, especially in Indonesia. Depok being one of the biggest cities in Indonesia is also experiencing this phenomenon. This results in limited land space in Depok, thus requiring the application of vertical buildings. The vertical building reviewed in this Final Project is a 30 storey mixed-use apartment in Margonda Raya Road in Depok. This apartment building is interesting to review because of the multiple uses, such as boarding school and dormitory, which are implemented with Islamic living values. The scope of this Final Project involves the creation of Work Breakdown Structures, planning of construction methods, work volume calculations, project scheduling based on productivity, and project cost estimation. The scope of work in this Final Project extends from preparatory work, geotechnical and lower structure work, upper structure work, and transportation system work. Work volume is calculated manually. Work duration is calculated based on heavy equipment lead resources and labor lead resources. Cost estimation is calculated with both unit price method based on Permen PU No. 28/2016 and resource enumeration method. The project is set to begin on July 20th, 2019 and set to finish on September 4th, 2021 with the total duration of 777 days, which are divided as follows. Preparatory work requires 36 days, geotechnical and lower structure work requires 162 days, transportation system work requires 8 days, and upper structure work requires 571 days. The project cost budget plan is Rp142.166.039.879 with a percentage of cost for the preparatory work of 1,291%, geotechnical and lower structure work of 28,177%, transportation system work of 0,805%, and upper structure work of 69,727%.
