This is a resort hotel project which is located in Mandalika Resort complex, Tanjung Aan, South Lombok. The land area is 7.6 hectare with largest BLC 40%. This project is initiated by a chain hotel which called Aman Resort International. The main market hotel target is the high class people with world class international standards. Tanjung Aan beach is a virgin beach that surrounded by green hills, white sand beach, and blue tosca sea. The land location is exactly in the Tanjung Aan beach area on the northern coastal. This land is nearly flat with and the ground condition is rarely have vegetation. With the excellence from the project and the state of existing other integrated with restrictions that was found in project so arising several issues that consist of sustainability , ambience , and circulation. These issues are elaborated into some sub-­?concept which consist of ecotourism, vacation village, and luxury. After the sub-­?concept has elaborated then appear the main concept of the project which called “The Luxury Exposure in Ecovillage Tourism”. The realization of this concept in the form of zoning and massing who follow as a pattern a tribe of Sasak settlement to embody the concept of vacation village and norms that responds to land and the needs of the user to embody the concept of ecotourism and luxury.
