Summary: | Abstract: PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja is a Regency PDAM that serves the entire Tangerang Regency, Indonesia. The percentage of overall water loss in 2017 was 14.84%. However, when viewed from the number of water losses per service area it is known that there are still service areas that have a percentage above 20% of which are Service Areas I, II and III with a percentage of water loss of 34.30% or 17,030,638 m3 / year at in 2017. In previous studies it was known that the selection of water loss control strategies is influenced by multicriteria that have a related relationship and the implementation of water loss control strategies can produce greater profits, when compared to the costs incurred in implementing the strategy. The purpose of this research was to determine water loss control strategies using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method with the help of superdecision 2.6.0 and financial analysis. From the results of the analysis using the ANP method the most influencing criteria in decision making on the selection of water loss control strategies are the service criteria and priority sub criteria are the scope of optimal technical services. From this research it is recommended that as the water loss control is a combination of a commercial and physical water loss control programs, that is increasing customer meter accuracy, optimizing the accuracy of meter readings and handling billing data and active leak control. |
