Summary: | Recently the climate condition causing a lack of raw water supply in Wamena City. The main factor is because the existing water source dries and is damaged by the flood so it does not function properly. The need for raw water is increasing but the availability of water tends to decrease every year. In accordance with these conditions, the dam construction project and the raw water transmission network that extracts water from the Wasi River is the solution to the problem. This report aims to get the dimensions of water building design to meet the water needs in Wamena City for 20 years.. Wasi River has a watershed area of 23,42 km2. The raw water demand projection is 86 l/s in 2039 with the Wasi river reliable discharge of 0,56 m3/s with 90% reliability. Construction includes weirs, transmission pipes, pipe bridges, press release tanks and reservoirs. The results of this planning resulted raw water as big as 54.155.511,36 m3. The construction cost of main building is approximately Rp. 34.976.707.696,47with the raw water price is Rp. 3000 per m3 to reach the B/C ratio value 2,261, break even point in 10 years and internal rate of return approximately 19,827 %.
