Economic growth is driven by trade, hotels and restaurants. In addition, Medan itself is synonymous
with multicultural city, which is a melting pot of various tribes, races, religions, and cultures. This
resulted in the emergence of various culinary varieties in this city. But unfortunately, there are no
facilities that accommodate this culinary diversity in one place. Medan is also famous for the Deli river
which has historical value which is the starting point of growth of Medan. But the Deli River is now
experiencing a decrease in the quality of space due to poorly maintained. Therefore, this facility is
expected to be a public facility in the form of culinary tourism located along Deli River as a means to
revive the historical value of Deli River and Medan. |
