Summary:The Bajo Irrigation Area covering 5829 Ha gets the main water supply from Tomatoppe Weir. Radda Weir is a Bajo Irrigation Area supplying weir located in Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The weir's condition has been damaged so that it doesn't functioning well. This made the Luwu Regency Government wants to rebuild the Radda Weir. Therefore, the design of Radda Weir is intended to irrigate the remainder of the Bajo Irrigation Area rice fields that do not have water supply, namely SS Cimpu and SS Radda for 997,98 Ha. The area of drainage for the weir is 334 km2 with the weir design plan discharge is 586 m3/s. Weir is designed with upstream face 1:0,67 with USBR spillway shapes and stilling basin with USBR type III. The weir design has a width of 78 m and a height of 2,5 m with spillway elevation at +48,00 m. The weir is equipped with a drain on the weir and a take-up door on the left side of the weir. The budget plan needed to realize the construction of the Radda Dam is in the amount of Rp34.003.966.615,00.
