South Bali area is the region with the highest growth and development rate in Bali Province. The high number of visitors that come to the South area of Bali every year caused by to the rapid development of the tourism sector at those area. This good opportunity creates a good market for hospitality project building on this area. By that thing, creating a Resort Hotel project which classified as a Four Star Resort Hotel (****) in Pecatu Bukit Jimbaran area a feasible things to do. But it should also be known that the area of Bukit Jimbaran is also a conservation area of green areas and coastal areas that must still be preserved to prevent the disasters that may occur due to excessive exploitation. Therefore, the design to be undertaken in the Final Project project is the design of a resort hotel project that will take into account the aspect of environmental sustainability by still bringing modern elements into the design. This designing program will be done on an area of approximately 5 hectares located on the cliff with a slope of more than 30% with the condition of the site is mostly overgrown by wild plants and shrubs are lush. With the nature of nature as mentioned above and also on the desire to create a function of lodging with a modern classy lifestyle, the concept of Eco Luxury Hill Resort is appointed in the program preparation of this final report. It is hoped that this concept will be able to answer the challenge of creating a very commercial function, but still sticking to environmental sustainability.
