Summary: | Adi Soemarmo Solo Airport was developed as an international airport as an effort to prepare for increasing community needs for air transportation modes. One of the main structures developed is the passenger terminal, the problem that needs to be addressed is the design of a concrete structure with large column spacing, and the design of steel space frame with waveforms. The terminal structure is designed for earthquake resistance according to SNI 1726:2012. Solo has a considerable earthquake risk, the design structure is classified as Seismic Design Category D which is designed with special moment frame method.
The objectives of this thesis are to create structural model, analyze the structural behavior, provide dimension of concrete structure with the detail of reinforcement for main structure, and checks the capacity of steel structure elements with the detail of steel joints for roof frame structure.
The methods that used is literature studies and structural modeling. Dynamic analysis and structural design refer to Indonesian standards, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013, SNI 1729:2015, and SNI 2847:2013. The main software used for this design is SAP 2000 and SPColumn.
