Sequence of work are planned after doing diligence in literatures regarding methods of construction, work breakdown structure, tools productivity, and manpower that result in estimation of construction cost. Kendawangan Alumina Port will be constructed on an area of 1.079.558 m2 consisting of land and waters Primary works consist of preliminary work, land reclamation, dock construction, trestle construction, warehouse construction, drainage construction, and breakwater construction. Project duration is set to 571 days with the cost of Rp1.370.966.402.462 or Rp1.269.933 /m2. text
