Summary:Indonesia is a country that is rich in culture, one of which is Wayang. Present time, the condition of Wayang in younger generation have begun to betray, the existence of wayang has been replaced by other more modern cultures under the effect of globalization. However, besides giving a negative impact on the nation's culture, globalization also brings an expectation to re-introduce wayang in a more interesting and modern form, namely motion capture. Motion capture allows us to record and convert our body movements into input to run the system. In this project, motion capture technology will be designed as game console to intoduce the character and stories about Wayang, with hope to attract the interest of our young generation to get back to know what has become a heritage of their ancestors. The design of the game, must be able to attract the interest of the community to get know about Wayang again and also can bring "modern" image for wayang. The game was designed to be placed in the Wayang Museum, Jakarta. Where this is due to harmony between Wayang Museum and the purpose of this project.
