Description
Summary:The Museum of Indonesian Traditional Games which located in the area complex of National Museum, Central Jakarta is a fictional project that designed to facilitate the preservation of Indonesian traditional games in interactive and communicative exhibition (museum) media. The design of Museum of Indonesian Traditional Games includes many aspects, but the aspects that will be discussed in this final project those are structural design, geotechnical, drainage, and construction management. The building structure of Museum of Indonesian Traditional Games follows a circular space pattern with a building mass analogous to a wooden gasing (traditional game from Indonesia). This final project focuses on management aspect of construction engineering which includes planning of construction methods, scheduling, and cost estimation of construction. The construction methods are planned for all duty works in the field that consist of geotechnical work scope (drilling bore pile foundation, diaphragm wall, ground anchor, basement excavation, pile cap, and dewatering), structure (reinforced concrete of main structure and basement structure), and drainage (drainage channel, culverts and rain gutters). The Museum of Indonesian Traditional Games project is planned to be built on Monday, January 6, 2020 and ends on Monday, July 7, 2020 or last for 161 working days or 197 calendar days. The preparation of the construction schedule is carried out by the bar chart method and the determination of the critical path with the precedence diagram method (PDM). The estimated total cost (Engineer estimate) of the structural scope in project is Rp 63,541,933,300.00.
