Description
Summary:Waterfront Lifestyle Center structure is constructed with urban escape concept as a shopping center with a recreation area that is located beside artificial lake at Cakung, East Jakarta. The main building structure of Waterfront Lifesyle Center consists of two buildings with each consisting of four floors with a total height of 23.15 meters and three floors of basement with a total depth of 9.3 meters. These two buildings connected by two connecting bridges with the length of 24 meters and 32 meters. The material component for the main structure is reinforced concrete and for the connecting bridges are steel trusses. Seismic design category of the structure is classified as D. As the result, structure system design is using Special Moment Frame System. The objectives of this final report are to create structural model, analyze the structural behavior, determine dimension of concrete structure with the detail of reinforcement for main structure, and check the capacity of steel structure elements with the detail of steel joints for connecting bridge structure. Main building structure of Waterfront Lifestyle Center will be designed as an earthquake resistant building. The design method involves literature studies and structural modeling. The dynamic analysis and structural design refer to Indonesia national standard, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, SNI 1729-2015, and SNI 2847-2013. Several engineering software are used to execute building analysis and design, including ETABS 2017, SAP2000 and AutoCAD 2019.
