Waterfront Lifestyle Center structure is constructed with urban escape concept as a shopping center with a recreation area that is located beside artificial lake at Cakung, East Jakarta. In general the structure is divided into two parts, the first is the upper structure and the second is the bottom structure. The lower structure to hold and transfer the load provided from the upper and around structures. This final project discusses about design of bored pile foundation and retaining wall in Waterfront Lifestyle Center Jakarta. The objectives of this final report are to design of bored pile foundation and retaining wall. The first stage in the design of bored pile foundation and retaining wall is the interpretation of soil data. Next, check the working load on the bored piles and retaining walls based on predetermined requirements. The results of the design of the bored pile foundation and retaining wall are dimensions and reinforcement that are required by the bored pile foundation and retaining wall to hold the working load. The design method involves literature studies and structural modeling. Design of bored pile and retaining wall is calculated manually and uses many software aids such as LPILE, GROUP, SPColumn and PLAXIS
