STUDI PERBANDINGAN METODE OPTIMASI ALOKASI INJEKSI GAS PADA SISTEM MULTIWELL GAS LIFT

The optimum gas injection needs of each well must be considered and allocated as efficiently as possible to obtain maximum total oil production. So it is necessary to do an evaluation and optimization for each well regularly. In this study, there are 5 wells that have been plotted into the Gas Lift Performance Curve (GLPC) which shows the relationship between the injection gas flow rate and the oil flow rate produced. Then optimization of gas lift allocation is done by using several methods, namely GRG Non-Linear, Simplex Linear Programming (SLP), analytical methods and Equal Slope. From each of these methods will be compared and evaluated the results of the cumulative production. The calculation results show that when using the GRG Non-Linear method with the amount of injection gas 5 MMSCFD will obtain an oil production rate of 2602 STBD, with the Simplex Linear Programming (SLP) method of 2602 STBD, with the analytic method of 2608 STBD and with Equal Slope method of 2609 STBD. While the amount of gas injection of 10 MMSCFD when using the GRG Non-Linear method will obtain an oil production rate of 2665 STBD, with the Simplex Linear Programming of 2665 STBD, with an analytic method of 2663 STBD and with the Equal Slope method of 2665 STBD. From four methods it is noticed that wells with higher water cut received relatively lower gas injection rate. This study can still be developed and needs to be validated using field data. In addition, other parameters can also be considered for sensitivity study. Every method that has limitations is limited to only a few cases of wells and uses limited data, so other optimization methods need to be used that can use all data. text
