Jakarta has related needs raw water supply which is predicted to continue to increase in demand and still needs around 40% of Jakarta residents who cannot be supplied by the PDAM, based on data from the water company (PAM) Jaya, 2017 clean water needs of 28 m3 / second, and new can be fulfilled by the services of PDAM Jakarta at 18 m3 / second. This study analyzes the planning of Pluit WLP as raw water potential, based on hydrodynamic data (tides, currents and waves), air quality (salinity and acidity), and geotechnics (soil layer, seepage, and deformation) for the stability of the building's reservoir, other than that it will assess from an economic perspective about the feasibility of development. The area of WLP Pluit is 41.76 Ha with an air storage volume of 2.172 million m3 and embankment elevation +4.8 meters, the results of a review of the potential of raw water (in 2018) the Pluit pump inflow to WLP is 506.25 Million m3 / year as expected every year the raw water requirements used are 148.91 million m3 / year where the potential of raw water still meets its quantity aspect. The WLP Pluit plan was issued with a significant wave where the sea wave height was 1.004 meters and the period of 4.747 seconds, produced a stone armor with a weight (first layer) W 400 kg and (second layer) W 40 kg. The results of seepage analysis with the Geostudio program obtained a value of 0.007-0.008 m3/sec/m2 to test raw water quality from 26 parameters (Microbiology, Inorganic chemistry, Physics and Chemistry) which provided 8 parameters (E. coli bacteria, Coliform, TDS, Salinity, Hardness, Chloride, Sulphate and Ammonia) which exceeds the quality threshold of Minister of Health Regulation 492 of 2010. In terms of the economic value of development costs (capital costs) added to maintenance costs of 5%, and operating costs of 10% of profits can return investment costs / capital within the T-50 year period, with an IRR of 9.42%. text
