The 30-Story Apartment in Depok has a unique concept, namely life in a modern and Islamic way. The design of infrastructure and facilities supports its residents for having an Islamic lifestyle and doing worship. The apartment will also be a home for students at Assyfa Islamic Boarding School that has dormitories, classrooms, libraries, and labs inside the building. As a spot for huge people, the building leverages some impacts on the street activities. Hence, this manifestation needs further study about transport system in order to manage traffic policies. This project focuses on St. Margonda Raya Depok and the vicinity. The street has become a heavy highway road, and the apartment just intensifies the burden with 79 cars, 245 motorcycles, and 2 heavy vehicles during peak hours. As a result, the event affects many crossroads that needs further calculation and analysis to dodge congestions. The solutions are, among others, street enlargement, a U-turn design, an overpass design, and traffic management. This project also suggests some complements such as parking lots to support parking demands during operational hours. In addition, the project also arranges a technical design for road pavement, parking park pavement, and a technical specification for creating flexible pavement design.
