Construction scope of this airport includes terminal (land facility) dan apron, taxiway, and runway (air facility). The construction of this airport aims to increase the capacity of the pavements (apron, runway, and taxiway) and the terminal’s passenger accommodation. This aim will be met through construction planning based on the architectural design. This final project will discuss the construction management planning aspect of Adi Soemarmo Airport. This planning will be delivered with project management’s fundamental principles on the interconnectedness of budget, duration, quality, and safety, and resources. Going from that standpoint, this report will discuss the construction management, resource allocation, scheduling, and estimation of construction’s budgeting. The detailed working scopes on the terminal construction are preliminary land preparation, substructure work, super-structure work, and drainage work. In the other hand, the detailed working scopes on airside facility construction are preliminary land preparation, earth work, pavement and drainage work. The construction methods of Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo will be planned and designed based on SNI standard and KP 576-2011. The outcomes of this design planning are BoQ (Bill of Quantity), and project scheduling with total duration of 312 days on terminal’s construction, and 378 on airside facility’s construction.
