To find out the impact of the implementation of the plan on the performance of public transport, it is necessary to do a review of public performance in the future. In this study a review of the movement of passengers was carried out with the impact of the development of train modes in the future. Furthermore, this study also calculated the implementation of the best performance railroad development alternatives The alternatives are do-nothing (DN), construction of medium speed train (MS), construction of high speed train north route (HSU), construction of high speed traiu south route (HSS), and construction of high speed train on the southern route and construction of medium speed train (MSHS). Alternative development will be carried out in 2025, and projected until 2048. The EMME (Multimodal Equilibre, Multimodal Equilibrium) program is used to help calculate network performance after being charged by passenger movements. Network performance reviewed in the total running time and total waiting time. These two parameters are then compared between alternatives to determine alternatives with the lowest total cost. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the total number of passenger movements on the island of Java in 2018 is 3,106,162, increasing to 4,437,490 in 2048. The total cost reduction for each alternative as a whole is MS, HSU, HSS, and MSHS, indicated by the magnitude of the ratio between the generalized cost of each alternative to alternative A in a row are 5.486%, 29.947%, 31.656% and 63.212%. With the results obtained from the above points, the alternative MSHS provides the best performance results of public transport networks compared to other alternatives. text |

Rapid population growth in Java Island and the government's strategic plan in
developing rail modes in the future will have an impact on the performance of the
public transportation network. To find out the impact of the implementation of the
plan on the performance of public transport, it is necessary to do a review of
public performance in the future. In this study a review of the movement of
passengers was carried out with the impact of the development of train modes in
the future. Furthermore, this study also calculated the implementation of the best
performance railroad development alternatives
The alternatives are do-nothing (DN), construction of medium speed train (MS),
construction of high speed train north route (HSU), construction of high speed
traiu south route (HSS), and construction of high speed train on the southern route
and construction of medium speed train (MSHS). Alternative development will be
carried out in 2025, and projected until 2048. The EMME (Multimodal Equilibre,
Multimodal Equilibrium) program is used to help calculate network performance
after being charged by passenger movements. Network performance reviewed in
the total running time and total waiting time. These two parameters are then
compared between alternatives to determine alternatives with the lowest total cost.
Based on the calculation results, it is known that the total number of passenger
movements on the island of Java in 2018 is 3,106,162, increasing to 4,437,490 in
2048. The total cost reduction for each alternative as a whole is MS, HSU, HSS,
and MSHS, indicated by the magnitude of the ratio between the generalized cost
of each alternative to alternative A in a row are 5.486%, 29.947%, 31.656% and
63.212%. With the results obtained from the above points, the alternative MSHS
provides the best performance results of public transport networks compared to
other alternatives.
