The Bandung Arts and Culture Center building located in the Jalan Laswi Bandung area is a building that functions as a theater and gallery. This final project will discuss planning and construction of the Center for Arts and Culture. The scope of this Final Project involves the creation of Work Breakdown Structures, planning of construction methods, work volume calculations, project scheduling based on productivity, and project cost estimation. The scope of work in this Final Project extends from preparatory work, geotechnical and lower structure work, upper structure work, and transportation system work. Work volume is calculated manually. Work duration is calculated based on heavy equipment lead resources and labor lead resources. Cost estimation is calculated with both unit price method based on Permen PU No. 28/2016 and resource enumeration method. The duration of project work is 654 days which are divided as follows. Preparatory work was carried out for 20 days, geotechnical and lower structure work were carried out for 266 days, the upper structure work was carried out for 330 days, drainage work was carried out for 21 days and Transportation system works were carried out for 11 days. This project budget plan is Rp.61,628,299,623 with a cost percentage of 0.92% for preparatory work, 54.69% for geotechnical work and lower structure, 69.727% for structural work, 3.20% for drainage work. And 1.56% for road works
