The designed structure is classified as seismic design category D and is designed with medium moment resisting structure system. The main material component is high strength structural steel. The objectives of this thesis are to create structural model, analyze the structural behavior, provide dimension of steel structure elements, and check the capacity of steel structure elements with the detail of steel connections. On the planning, the intermodal terminal is designed for earthquake resistant building. The planning of the intermodal terminal structure involves literature studies and structural modelling. The dynamic analysis and structural design refers to Indonesia national standards, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, SNI 1729-2015, and SNI 2847-2013. Several engineering perangkat lunak are used to execute structural analysis and design, including SAP 2000. text |
