It is designed for compliance with the spiritual needs of the society, as for recreation gardens, and an iconic symbol of Pemalang Regency. Masjid Agung Nurul Kalam is located in the area which is the social-economic level range in the middle to the upper class. In order to realized the Masjid Agung Nurul Kalam project, it is necessary to design a good management aspect. The design of the management aspect includes three main objectives, namely quality management of works through construction method design, time management through scheduling design, and cost management through estimated construction cost design. The construction methods are preceded by fencing the project area in order to border inside and offside project activity. Work continued to the underground structure works, which starts by penetration of sheet pile as soil retaining wall, excavation, and dewatering work. The work of the underground structure ends with bored pile foundation work and pile cap for the foundation. The upper structure work is done in accordance with the design of the zonation. The upper structure work consists of the work of the base plate, columns, plates, beams, and shear walls. After the structural work, comes the drainage work and the project ends with parking area pavement works. Based on project scheduling planning with an equitable allocation of resources, the total duration of this construction project is 570 days, this duration consists of preparatory work for 38 days, groundwork and substructural work for 138 days, upper structural work for 371 days, drainage work for 12 days, and road work for 11 days. Duration estimation is based on two types of job resource leads, jobs with heavy equipment resource leads and jobs with group labor resource leads. In addition to the duration, project scheduling also generates a critical path of the project that must be maintained to avoid delays in project duration. Cost estimation is done by resource enumeration method of unit price and other sources such as Permen PUPR No. 28 Tahun 2016 tentang Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) Bidang Pekerjaan Umum. The price of materials, wages, and heavy equipment rental is obtained from Unit Price Journal of Pemalang Regency Year 2019. The estimated construction cost in the Masjid Agung Nurul Kalam project is Rp 82.276.520.971 for implementation cost and Rp 102.715.569.510 for the total cost. The estimation results have accounted for direct and indirect costs. text
