To meet the consumption, socialization, and recreational needs of the people in Palembang City, infrastructure development in the form of today's shopping centers is needed. one of which is the Lifestyle Based Shopping Center. The scope of this final project generally includes the planning of building drainage and dewatering for the construction of this shopping center. The determination of the dimensions of the drainage channel is based on daily maximum rainfall with an appropriate and harmonized distribution method. With this dimension, it is expected to be able to provide the capacity that can withstand flood discharge in this building. In addition, the implementation of dewatering is carried out to make groundwater so that the construction work is not disturbed by the presence of groundwater level. This is done by planning the appropriate pump based on the well point method. ABSTRACT 2: The city of Palembang is the second-largest city on the island of Sumatra and the capital of South Sumatra Province is currently developing fast enough. To meet the consumption, socialization, and recreation needs of the people in Palembang City, development is needed, one of which is the Lifestyle-Based Shopping Center. The planning space of this final project discusses the planning of implementation methods, scheduling, and estimation of construction costs for the construction of this expenditure center. The determination of the duration of work is based on two factors, namely based on the productivity of heavy equipments and the main resources of the workforce. Details of detailed costs are carried out using two methods, namely unit price using SNI or PU and calculation of resources. The project is implemented from 1 July 2019 to 26 July 2021 with a total duration of 518 days. Preparatory work was carried out for 54 days, earthworks were carried out for 36 days, lower structure works for 157 days, and top structural work for 346 days. The implementation budget / direct costs plan is Rp. 116,336,028,758,- and the Project Budget Plan is Rp. 146,882,213,287,- with a percentage of costs, namely 6.27% for preparation work, 3.79% for earthworks, 0.387% for water resources design, 28.23% for lower structure work, and 61.32% for upper structure work. text |
