losses from building functional aspect to building aesthetic’ aspect. Urban Escape
– Waterfront Lifestyle Center was designed as an commercial and recreation area
located in the edge of an artificial lake in Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Therefore, a welldesigned
building plan in water resource management is needed to anticipate the
overcome problems.
This Urban Escape – Waterfront Lifestyle Center applying eco-drainage
concept which removes groundwater as minimum and as slow as possible to the
nearest outlet using many methods. Scope of the Urban Escape – Waterfront
Lifestyle Center design in water resource management consist of designing roof
drainage system, ground area drainage system, infiltration well, and rain water
harvesting tank.
