infrastructure that cannot support human life. To overcome this, the Bandung City
Government issued a direction for the development of a kampung kreatif program to
overcome the negative externalities in the villages. Kampung kreatif is currently
considered as a solution innovation of various urban problems by utilizing the local
potential of the region which is expected to improve the quality of life of the community
in a sustainable manner. Therefore, this study will examine various literatures related
to kampung – kota, kampung kreatif, and sustainable concepts to obtain any factors
that influence the sustainability of creative villages, Kampung Kreatif Cibaduyut.
Furthermore, factors such as the sustainability variable of the kampung kreatif were
used as a reference in the assessment of the sustainability level of Kampung Kreatif
Cibaduyut and seen how the relationship between existing sustainability variables.
This aims to facilitate various stakeholders in formulating development and
improvements that need to be done to develop Kampung Kreatif Cibaduyut. This study
uses a mixed approach. The data used in the study were obtained from questionnaires,
interviews, observations, and literature studies. The analytical method used is in the
form of content analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and correlation analysis with
the Spearman rank test. The results of this study explain that there are 30 variables
that influence the sustainability of Kampung Kreatif Cibaduyut which is divided into
physical and environmental, social, economic and institutional aspects. Overall,
Kampung Kreatif Cibaduyut is categorized as unsustainable with 4 variables that can
be used as the focus of development to improve economic performance that supports
the sustainability of Kampung Kreatif Cibaduyut. |
