In a high-risk drug production facility such as oncology, personel and environment safety are important factors. This study aims to compare the layout of current production facilities with new facility in terms of effectiveness and safety using the analytical network process (ANP) method. The criteria used in this study are process step factors, safety factors, and supervision factors where each factor has interacting sub-criteria. In ANP modeling the interaction between criteria is scored by pairwise comparison matrix considering the inconsistency below 0,1 to prove its validity and robustness. In this study, inconsistency value is below 0,1 which is 0.05156. The robustness of the ANP model is also proven by the value of inconsistency in the interaction between sub-criteria below 0.1. The data synthesis with ANP model shows that new production facilities have a higher level of safety and effectiveness, which is 0.691704 while the current facility is 0.308296. Sensitivity analysis also proves that the ANP model in this study is robust with variations in variables where there is only 1 of 15 sub-elements capable of producing significant changes in the ANP data synthesis results. text |

Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility layout is one of the critical points to
determine the effectiveness and productivity of production process. In a high-risk
drug production facility such as oncology, personel and environment safety are
important factors. This study aims to compare the layout of current production
facilities with new facility in terms of effectiveness and safety using the analytical
network process (ANP) method. The criteria used in this study are process step

sub-criteria. In ANP modeling the interaction between criteria is scored by pairwise comparison matrix considering the inconsistency below 0,1 to prove its
validity and robustness. In this study, inconsistency value is below 0,1 which is
0.05156. The robustness of the ANP model is also proven by the value of
inconsistency in the interaction between sub-criteria below 0.1. The data synthesis
with ANP model shows that new production facilities have a higher level of safety
and effectiveness, which is 0.691704 while the current facility is 0.308296.
Sensitivity analysis also proves that the ANP model in this study is robust with
variations in variables where there is only 1 of 15 sub-elements capable of
producing significant changes in the ANP data synthesis results.
