Summary:Loading-unloading cargo services in Ende, province of Nusa Tenggara Timur are carried out by two ports, Port of Ippi-Ende dan Port of Ende (now known as Port of Bung Karno). Port of Bung Karno only can be used in east monsoon, so that loading-unloading services moved to Port of Ippi-Ende that the condition of port suffered severe damage. So that, development of Ippi-Ende port is needed to improve port operational activities so that it can serve port activities during the east monsoon season. The scope of design consist of determining the dock layout, dock and trestle dimensions, structural modelling, structural reinforcement design, and calculation of soil capacity. The largest vessel that can docked in Ippi-Ende is 2500 DWT. The structural design is analyzed using SAP2000 for structural modelling. It is designed that the dock oriented is 300o from the north, 122m in length and 11m in wide, connected by trestle with a length of 180m and a wide of 6m. Unity check ratio for the dock structure is 0,61 and the trestle structure is 0,79.
