Summary:Indonesia as an archipelagic country has a wider sea area than land area. The state of the territorial waters makes Indonesia has great potential in the field of marine natural resources. Based on the literature study, it turns out the main problem that occurs in the Indonesian sea is one of them is marine boundaries. the problem of space at sea will trigger several potential marine spatial conflicts. The issue of parcels in Indonesia is regulated in a law (UU), namely UU No. 5 Tahun 1960 (UU PA) concerning Agrarian Principles which regulates the basics and provisions for the mastery, ownership, use and use of national agrarian resources in Indonesia. Rais (2002) defines a marine cadastre is a system that applies the principles of land cadastre in the sea area, this idea was used as the initial idea to review UU PA concerning Agrarian Principles in the implementation of marine cadastre in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the application of the UU PA in the implementation of the latest marine cadastre in Indonesia. This thesis analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis and scoring. The results of this study explain that four of the seven rights in UU PA can be applied in the implementation of marine cadastre in Indonesia. The application of these 3 rights is planned to minimize marine spatial conflicts so that the potential of existing resources in the Indonesian sea can be utilized properly and utilized as much as possible for the people's prosperity.
