Description
Summary:The government is developing a various of rail-based mass transportation systems, especially in Jabodetabek. The provision of rail-based mass transportation is in the form of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Commuter Line (KRL), Soekarno Hatta Airport Railroad (Railink), and Light Rail Transit (LRT). Dukuh Atas area is an area located in Central Jakarta where in the DKI Jakarta Spatial Plan for 2011-2030, it has been stated that the Dukuh Atas Area is designated as the point of transfer of several rail-based mass transportation, those are KRL, Railink, MRT, LRT, and BRT with the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD). The existence of various stakeholders, especially operators in the development of the area has caused planning around the station to be carried out in an integrated management, considering that each plan and realization carried out will have an impact and also require participation from each stakeholder. On the other hand, the development of integrated transportation in TOD area in Indonesia is still not optimal. Each stakeholder tends to have their respective plans in accordance with their interests, including in the provision of supporting facilities for intermodal integration. Pedestrian ways, parking facilities, feeder facilities, information facilities, and payment media are important components in realizing seamless intermodal transfers. To overcome that matter, effective coordination between stakeholders is needed to optimize services for passengers and consider the interests of each stakeholder. This study will provide an evaluation of the management of intermodal integration facilities by reviewing stakeholder coordination using qualitative analysis.
